Preorder Sales Policy
Preorder sales are final and non-refundable. This is how we are able to keep such low prices!
Due to the nature of the product, once product has been confirmed shipped, returns are not accepted. This is to protect both you and us! You may request to cancel your order for a 10% fee to your original payment method, or a full refund as store credit, only if a tracking number has not yet been provided. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a cancellation.
If you are having issues with your delivery, or your product arrives damaged, please contact us. Please note that we ship all orders with tracking, delivery confirmation, and most orders with insurance (typically through USPS or UPS). We also video record and document our packing process to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place.
If a package has been rerouted or delivery has been attempted, and is then sent back to us (Return to Shipper), you can either have us reship the package after you pay for the second shipment, or we can provide a store credit for the order total minus the shipping costs.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You agree that it is your responsibility to enter the correct address. If you have entered an incorrect address and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us to update your address for no charge. If you have entered an incorrect address and the order has shipped, but not been delivered, you may reach out to use to check if there is a possibility to change the address (there may be a change of address fee with the carrier.) If you have entered an incorrect address and the package has already been delivered, there is no longer anything we can do. You agree that for international orders, you the receiver are to pay all duties and taxes required by your countries customs and/or import laws. We are not responsible for paying these fees, and they are not included in any shipping prices.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are unable to provide shipping refunds for multiple orders placed.
If your package is showing delivered, but you cannot locate the package, please reach out to us via email within 30 days of the tracking showing delivered. We will work with the carrier and our insurance provider to locate the package and/or provide a refund if deemed acceptable. After 30 days, the package is assumed delivered, and we can no longer assist with locating the package and cannot provide any refunds.
